Today, Dorovia Capital operates both as an investment fund and as an advisory structure supporting companies. We are involved in mergers and acquisitions transactions—particularly through our partnership with La Boutique PME—as well as in financial planning matters.

Our team brings together students and alumni from leading French business schools, many of whom have gained experience within top-tier financial institutions. At the same time, we remain strongly committed to accessibility: we also support students with little or no prior experience through structured guidance and mentorship, enabling them to develop their skills rapidly.

We place particular emphasis on diversity in backgrounds and perspectives, as we believe that a wide range of experiences is a key driver of performance and innovation.
